CT Non-Skinning High-gloss Quick-set Offset Ink
This type of Ink is newly developed with advanced technology. With Flushing-Color (FC) process and thanks to high-structure and high-dissolvable resins, it is a very high performance sheet-fed offset ink with high gloss and non-skinning on machine.
Application:
It is suitable for all kinds of sheet-fed offset press on substrates such as coated, white-board, uncoated, matt paper. This kind of inks is suitable for fast-running printing machine with the speed of about 10,000 to 12,000 sheets/ hour.

Usage and instructions:
Because of different environment temperature, humidity and printing speeds to adjust as below:
1. Adding drier 25-27 with quantity of less than 2% to accelerate the drying speed;
2. Using rub-resistant additive of 62# to improve the rub-resistance, adding quantity: less than 5%;
3. If the ink looks too thick, using diluent 52-94 or 6# varnish with adding quantity: less than 5%.
Package: 1 kg X 12 cans/ carton and Vacuum can of 1.0 kg or 2.5 kgs available.
